USA Pan Pullman Loaf Pan

USA PAN’s Pullman loaf pan is uniquely designed to help the home baker make perfectly shaped sandwich bread. Simply fill it with dough and close the lid to create square loaves that are easily sliced for lunchboxes and toasties. You can also use the pan without its lid for standard rounded loaves.

The Pullman loaf pan is made from professional quality aluminised steel and has a ridged texture that allows for air circulation and even heating. Durable and rust resistant, it is coated with non-stick silicone that prevents food from sticking and makes clean-up a breeze.

This loaf pan comes in two sizes:

• 23 x 10cm – Suitable for loaves up to 2lbs
• 33 x 10cm – Suitable for loaves up to 3lbs

Do not exceed 230°C / 450°F. Hand wash in warm water with mild dishwashing soap, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher. Avoid sharp metal utensils.
