Silikomart Eclair & Choux Pastry Mat

Use Silikomart’s éclair and choux pastry mat to create uniform eclairs time and time again. This silicone mat with fibreglass core has small holes dotted across. This perforated pattern allows heat to spread evenly throughout the mat’s surface. It guarantees you a consistent bake.
