Ponzu Flavour Pearls, 200g

These ponzu flavour pearls bring a burst of citrus and soy sauce to your salads and fish dishes. Likened to caviar, the flavour pearls are small spheres of juice encased in a fine gel. When you bite into the pearl, the juice – and flavour – bursts in the mouth. 

These pearls reimagine how you serve tangy Japanese ponzu. Sprinkle the ponzu pearls over sushi, sashimi, maki rolls and tuna tartare for an explosion of flavour.

Ingredients: Ponzu sauce (UE/non UE) 70% (soy sauce (soy, wheat (gluten), salt), cane sugar, beer vinegar (rice, malted rice), yuzu juice, bonito extract, yeast extract, lemon juice, flavouring enhancers taste: E620 glutamic acid, E640 glycine, inosinic acid E630), water, thickener: cellulose gum, gelling: calcium chloride, sodium alginate.
