Black Truffle Oil
Black truffle oil has a wonderfully intense aroma and rich earthy flavours. The truffle oil should be used as a finishing oil – to drizzle over dishes just before serving. The fine truffled Italian extra virgin olive oil is delicious drizzled over beef fillets, mushroom risottos, roasted celeriac and jerusalem artichokes, or even scrambled eggs for a luxurious breakfast dish.

Truffle butter
Truffle butter is a rich and intensely-flavoured spread made from finely-crumbled truffles churned with butter. The creamy truffle butter is delicious when melted over grilled fish or steaks. It can also be spread over canapés, and is great when stirred into a bowl of linguine or gnocchi.

Acacia Truffle Honey
Truffle honey is made from amber-coloured acacia honey, infused with slivers of real truffle. The intense aromas of truffle honey go particularly well with ricotta and blue cheeses. The truffle honey’s savoury richness means it’s also delicious drizzled over grilled meats and savoury bourekas. 

Carnaroli Risotto Rice With Truffle
This carnaroli rice is mixed with dried mushrooms, vegetables, and summer truffles for the classic Italian risotto experience. Carnaroli risotto rice is the ‘caviar’ of Italian rice, and has a long, elegant grain which holds its shape to create a beautifully-textured risotto.
