De Buyer Stainless Steel Piping Nozzle Set

The De Buyer stainless-steel piping nozzle set is a comprehensive assortment of piping nozzles. Professional pastry chefs and amateur cake decorators alike will find piping tips for writing and finely detailed decorations. Use with buttercream, royal icing or even meringue and melted chocolate.

The set includes 26 small nozzles in a variety of shapes, including:

Inside the case you’ll find two supports, also known as handheld nails or decorating nails, for easier icing. Simply pop your cupcake, pastry or biscuit on top of the support and hold the stem in your fingers. Twirl the stem as you pipe for smooth swirls and circles. Or use to practice layered flower designs, as shown in the video below.

The set also comes with an adapter so you can use different nozzles with one piping bag. The piping tips are all approximately 3cm high. Use directly with disposable piping bags.

De Buyer piping tips have permanent size markings on the side for easy identification, and are designed for intensive professional use.

A set of stainless steel professional piping nozzles for larger decorations, filling and icing is also available.

Piping nozzles and supports are dishwasher safe. Adapter is hand wash only.
