De Buyer Mandoline Revolution

The De Buyer mandoline Revolution is a chef’s favourite prep tool. Slice, julienne and even dice with just a few quick slides.

The ultra-sharp straight-edged blade gives you perfect slices of fruit and vegetables, even of soft fruits like ripe tomatoes and lemons without squashing. Turn the blade over and use the scalloped edge for effortless crinkle-cut slices. This blade, coupled with De Buyer’s patented rotating control system, even lets you make waffle cuts with a few turns of the handle.

The mandoline Revolution includes 3 julienne blades at 2mm, 4mm and 10mm thicknesses. Use for classic julienne strips and matchsticks, or with the rotating control system to get perfectly uniform cubes and even lozenge shapes.

Adjust the body of the mandoline to slice at different thicknesses – 2mm, 4mm and 10mm. These are marked on the sides of the mandoline so it’s exact every time.

The mandoline Revolution is made from stainless steel and composite polymers. The julienne blades sit in a case that clips onto the underside of the mandoline for safe and compact storage.

Blades, slider and handle are hand wash only. Take extra care when washing blades. Main frame is dishwasher safe.
