Affinity frying pans are made from multiple layers of magnetic stainless steel with an aluminium core. Heat is conducted throughout the entire pan – sides included – for faster and more even cooking. The frying pans have a ‘lyonnaise’ profile – this means there’s no sharp, straight edges around the rim, so food slides easily from pan to plate.
