Pair the chilli oil Caviaroli with almost anything – chicken, fish, beef carpaccio, seafood, salads, pasta and more. Use them to put an instant modernist twist on a bloody Mary cocktail, or even serve with a rich, dark chocolate mousse.

To release the full aromas of the chilli oil, ensure the lid is tightly closed and invert the jar a few times before use.

Caviaroli make their range of olive oil caviar in Esparreguera, just to the north west of Barcelona. The intense colours and flavours open up new possibilities when it comes to the presentation of food and drink. Caviaroli keep their texture even up to 60°C, so you can even use them to garnish hot dishes.

Each 50g jar of Caviaroli contains 10-15 servings.

Store unopened in a cool, dark place between 10°C and 26°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated no lower than 6°C and consume within 1 month. Keep away from strong odours.
