The Anova Sous Vide pan lid is made from silicone and forms a tight seal over your pan, as you heat the water using any Anova sous vide cooker. Using this lid keeps the water at a more consistent temperature and reduces heat loss – increasing efficiency and precision.

The lid shortens pre-heating time by 15%, and improves heat retention by up to 70%. The lid measures 29cm across, and is dishwasher safe.

It is designed to fit the  Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker Pro and Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker Nano exactly.
